self

The Self is a complex and core subject in many forms of spirituality. Two types of self are commonly considered - the self that is the ego, also called the learned, superficial self of mind and body, an egoic creation, and the self which is sometimes called the "True Self", the "I" (or "I AM"), the "Atman" (as in Hinduism), the "Observing Self", or the "Witness". [1] He adds that the Self is not an Emergent, but an aspect present from the start as the basic form of awareness, but which becomes increasingly obvious and self aware "as growth and transcendence matures." As Depth increases, consciousness shines forth more noticeably, until: "It is clear that under ordinary conditions, and save for sudden gusts of "Transcendental Feeling" induced by some saving madness such as Religion, Art, or Love, the superficial self knows nothing of the attitude of this silent watcher—this "Dweller in the Innermost"—towards the incoming messages of the external world: nor of the activities which they awake in it. Concentrated on the sense-world, and the messages she receives from it, she knows nothing of the relations which exist between this subject and the unattainable Object of all thought. But by a deliberate inattention to the messages of the senses, such as that which is induced by contemplation, the mystic can bring the ground of the soul, the seat of "Transcendental Feeling," within the area of consciousness: making it amenable to the activity of the will. Thus becoming unaware of his usual and largely fictitious "external world," another and more substantial set of perceptions, which never have their chance under normal conditions, rise to the surface. Sometimes these unite with the normal reasoning faculties. More often, they supersede them. Some such exchange, such "losing to find," appears to be necessary, if man's transcendental powers are to have their full chance." The new scientific approach to spirituality, "Self-realization Akram Vignan," makes a clear distinction between the self, known to the world as 'I am George or Mary', and the eternal Self Atman (the knower and seer of all experiences through thoughts, speech and acts), and grants one the indelible experience of this state of the Self through the direct approach called the Gnan Vidhi of Gnani Purush Dadashri. This direct approach is called the Akram approach and because it is scientific in nature it is called Vignan. Shuddha of Dadashri states that the experience Self in all its pristine state is now available through the new approach of Akram Vignan of Gnani Purush Dadashri. See the dadashri website for more information.

The prostate (from the Greek προστάτης - prostates, literally, is imminent "," protector "," guardian "[1]) is a compound tubuloalveolar apocrine sweat glands of the male reproductive system of mammals. Women do not have prostate cancer, although women have Skene Microscopic-paraurethral glands in the distal third of the urethra in space prevaginal, similar to the prostate. The main function of the prostate is to store and secrete a clear, slightly alkaline (pH 7.29) liquid, 10-30% of the volume of seminal fluid, together with sperm cells, makes seeds. The rest of seminal fluid is represented by the two seminal vesicle. alkalinity of the seminal fluid helps neutralize the acid vaginal tract, which extends the life of sperm. prostatic hyperplasia of the urethra developed from the pool (middle) part of the urogenital sinus (endodermal origin). Endodermalen outgrowths emerge from prostatic hyperplasia of the urethra and grow in the surrounding mesenchyme. epithelium of the prostate gland Unlike these endodermal cells, and the mesenchyme different partners in the stroma dense and smooth muscle cells of the prostate. [2] The prostate gland, changing the wall of the proximal part of the male urethra and is caused by the 9 th Week of life in the embryonic development of the reproductive system. Condensation mesenchyme, urethra and wolffi channels leads to the adult prostate, a composite of several bodies and non-glandular glandular components closely merged into a single capsule. Within prostate, the urethra, bladder urethra is prostatic hyperplasia and merges with the two channels ejaculatory. (The male urethra has two functions: transport urine from the bladder during urination and to carry semen during ejaculation. ) The prostate is sheathed in the muscles of the pelvic floor to the contract during the process of ejaculatory. Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) occurs in older men, [6] enlarged prostate often to the point where urination is difficult. Symptoms include the restroom frequently (pollakisuria) or take a while to get started (hesitation). If the prostate grows too large, may limit the urethra and impede the flow of urine, which makes urination difficult and painful and , In extreme cases impossible. BPH can be treated with medication, a minimally invasive procedure or, in extreme cases, surgery that removes the prostate. Minimally invasive procedures include transurethral needle ablation of the prostate (tuna) and transurethral microwave thermotherapy (TUMT ). This outpatient procedure can be followed by the inclusion of a temporary prostate on a routine basis Stent voluntary urination, without a worsening of symptoms of irritation [7]. The surgery most commonly used in these cases is called transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP or TUR). In TURP, which is an instrument that is inserted through the urethra to remove prostate tissue, is pressing against the upper part of the urethra and restricting the flow of urine. Older men often have Corpora amylacea [8] (amyloid), dense accumulations of proteinaceous material verkalkte lines in their prostates. amylacea The Corporation may obstruct the lumen of the prostatic hyperplasia and can channel the basis of some cases of BPH. Prostate cancer is one of the most common types of cancer, older men in developed countries and a major cause of death among older men (estimated by some experts to 3%). regular rectal exams are recommended for older men to detect prostate cancer early. In 1993, the Journal of the American medical association found a link between vasectomy and an increased risk of prostate cancer. Reported studies 48000 and 29000 men who had vasectomies showed 66 per cent and 56 per cent More than prostate cancer, respectively. The risk increases with age and number of years that have elapsed since the vasectomy was done. But in March the same year, the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development held a conference co-sponsored with the National Cancer Institute and others to review available data and information about the link between vasectomy and prostate cancer. It was noted that a relationship between the two was very weak at best, and even if a vasectomy increases the risk, the risk is relatively small. Recent scientific advances have made prostate with a stent is a viable method of prostate-hindered. stents are devices inserted into the urethra to expand it and keep it open. stents can be temporary or permanent and is is usually on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia or spinal cord and usually lasts about 30 minutes.

In professional settings massage involves the client being treated while lying on a massage table, sitting upright in a massage chair, or lying on a pad on the floor. The massage subject may be fully, partly or unclothed and the body covered with towels or sheets. Specialized massage tables and chairs are used to position clients during massages. A typical commercial massage table has an easily cleaned, heavily padded surface, and a horseshoe-shaped head support that allows the client to breathe easily while lying face down and can be stationary or portable. An orthopedic pillow or bolster can be used to correct body positioning. Ergonomic chairs serve a similar function as a massage table. Chairs may be either stationary or portable models. Massage chairs are easier for the practitioner to transport than massage tables, and clients do not need to disrobe to receive a chair massage. Due to these two factors, chair massage is often performed in settings such as corporate offices, outdoor festivals, shopping malls, and other public locations. Many different types of oils can be used including fractionated coconut oil, grape seed oil, macadamia oil, sesame oil, pecan oil, and mustard oil. Arnica, from the flowers or leaves of the Arnica montana, may be added olive oil when used medicinally, or almond oil when used as a massage oil.[13] Aromatherapy oils such as neroli oil and pine oil can also be mixed with carrier oils. Ayurveda is a natural health care system originating in India that incorporates massage, yoga, meditation and herbal remedies. Ayurvedic massage, also known as Abhyanga is usually performed by one or two therapists using a heated blend of herbal oils based on the ayurvedic system of humors. Myofascial release refers to the manual massage technique for stretching the fascia and releasing bonds between fascia, integument, and muscles with the goal of eliminating pain, increasing range of motion and equilibrioception. Myofascial release usually involves applying shear compression or tension in various directions, or by skin rolling. Watsu is the combination of hydrotherapy and shiatsu developed by Harold Dull. The work is done in skin temperature water with both the therapist and practitioner in the water, usually a pool which is between 3.5 ft to 4 ft. (100–120cm) deep. The work entails much movement in the water and practitioners believe that it incorporates the activation of the energy lines derived from shiatsu. Peer-reviewed medical research has shown that the benefits of massage include pain relief, reduced trait anxiety and depression, and temporarily reduced blood pressure, heart rate, and state anxiety.[19] Theories behind what massage might do include blocking nociception (gate control theory), activating the parasympathetic nervous system which may stimulate the release of endorphins and serotonin, preventing fibrosis or scar tissue, increasing the flow of lymph, and improving sleep[5] but such effects are yet to be supported by well designed clinical studies. In the USA licensure is the highest level of regulation and this restricts anyone without a license from practicing massage therapy or by calling themselves that protected title. Certification allows only those who meet certain educational criteria to use the protected title and registration only requires a listing of therapists who apply and meet an educational requirement. [34] People state that they use massage because they believe that it relieves pain from musculoskeletal injuries and other causes of pain, reduces stress and enhances relaxation, rehabilitates sports injuries, decreases feelings of anxiety and depression, and increases general well being.[5] Heinrich Himmler, commander of the Schutzstaffel (SS) and one of the most powerful men in Nazi Germany might have lost faith in German victory due to his discussions with his masseurs Felix Kersten and Walter Schellenberg.[38] Albert Bedane (1893–1980) who provided shelter to a Jewish woman and others during World War II was a massage/physiotherapist.
